Adios Barbie

I really like the layout of Adios Barbie, it is very simple and elegant. Plus the web site's title "Adios Barbie" is very cute, and catches your attention because Barbie is so iconic in American culture.

I was drawn to the story on Oprah. I am actually a fan of hers,and i don't think she puts too much emphasis on her weight. I feel that she focuses so much on HEALTH, she has had countless shows just on eating and living healthy. Anyone can have drastic weight gains and losses but she has to do it in front of the entire world, so cut the woman some slack. An intense weight gain can make you feel bad about yourself because it's not healthy to put that much weight on in a short amount of time. I think she is showing women all over America that she is real, and that no amount of money in the world can buy you health.
