I think this blog is amazing because like it said, it started as a blog for a class about weight acceptance back in 2000 and has grown in popularity since. I think that something like this is a great was to show support for size-acceptance and support for those struggling with the idea. I think that this Big Fat Blog is really cool because it has had over 3,000 subscribers since its debut and is one of the largest fat-acceptance blogs on the web. This was funny to me because it made me wonder if anyone out there is reading our blogs...kind of a funny thought to me...
I think that this blog creates a safe place for people to talk about and connect with others on the topic of size acceptance. I think more resources like this should be available to those fighting size-acceptance.
