I really enjoy this site and the aspects it brings to help women seek out a positive self-body image. There are many links that I clicked on in interest, so the general overall use of the site is easy and interesting. I really like how I felt that I could contribute to the site, but putting in my say. I wrote in on the 200 ways to love you body, in which I wrote how I felt about my body, which at the moment is really good. I also saw that there was a 200 things I would lose if I stopped loving my body, and to be honest if I quite loving my body I would lose my curves (my real women curves) and my breasts, two things I love :)
*The only thing that I think could/should be changed about the site, is the color scheme, it really screams carrots! to me, with the oranges and light greens, it just screams eat me! I sincerely think it does, and as I continue to analyze the media that I am confronted with, I meet it with open arms, but will question it, so I think that although it's great, the colors need to be more inclusive to the context.

i agree about the poor coloring. It seems superficial to note about, but it really does make a difference.
ReplyDeleteI liked the 200 ways to love your body, I always like those types of things, they may be kinda corny sometimes but they always make me smile.
