"Thank you for writing this.

I am a little ashamed to say that the conversation with CK and Deke ( I love the irony of his name, BTW, so close to what he is) upset me a little tiny bit. It’s hard to see in black and white that people hate you just because of your body, and it is hard to accept that people who have never met you think you are stupid/a liar/delusional/evil/a scourge on the human race and that nothing will sway them from that position. It was enlightening to see in myself that I am not yet at a point in my FA journey to be able to immediately dismiss that haters. This experience helped me in learning that skill though. It also opened my eyes a littl more to the real evil of bigotry, no matter who its victims are.

I also really HATE it when I am RIGHT and they are WRONG and they JUST WON’T ADMIT IT and I can’t SLAP THEM. (Joking. Sort of.)"

This is why sites like this are important, they are connecting to someone and providing them with strength and that feeling of inclusiveness that is essential to humans and human kind. I feel that if there weren't sites like this for people to share their feelings and get validation, that people like "dick-whatever his name is and CK(mcbuttface)) ha! could really do some damage on people and not even know it.
