I really liked the "video" portion of this website. I watched a video by Joy Nash called "Fat Rant", and I think it was one of the more powerful things I've seen yet. She talks about how people make assumptions about fat people without knowing them. My favorite part was when she talked about people using being fat as an excuse for everything. "That guy didn't talk to me because I'm fat..." She talked about how rejection like that can totally determine how someone feels about themselves when it is really just a waste of time. I really like this video because it encourages people not to be scared of fat and to embrace who they are. This was a great video and I think you should watch it right now :)
